Brian Murdy is a Director with Crown Advisors. He is an executive recruiter and institutional real estate consultant with over 40 years of senior leadership experience in real estate investment management. Brian works with investment managers, operating companies, and institutional platforms to identify and secure senior-level talent critical to organizational success. His recruiting approach is informed by decades of experience building and leading investment teams and supported by a deep network of trusted industry relationships across the institutional real estate landscape. In addition to recruiting, Brian supports select consulting assignments aligned with leadership and organizational needs.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has been actively involved with the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). Outside of work, Brian enjoys cooking, traveling, and playing tennis and golf.
