Teresa Parry

Teresa Parry brings an entrepreneurial mindset and deep real estate expertise to her role as Director at Crown Advisors. Having spent more than a decade building businesses and advising clients, she understands the challenges leaders face when scaling organizations, developing teams, and navigating growth.

Before joining Crown, Teresa built a successful career in residential real estate and business ownership. As a top-producing real estate professional and co-owner of Chicago Strength, she developed a reputation for building trusted relationships, creating strategic opportunities, and delivering results in highly competitive markets.

Teresa’s experience working alongside business owners, developers, investors, and operators provides her with a unique perspective on leadership and talent. She is passionate about helping clients identify exceptional people who align with their culture, vision, and long-term objectives.

Teresa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies from Fordham University. Outside of work, she is an avid ballroom dancer and enjoys competing and social dancing whenever she has the opportunity. She spends much of her free time with her family and can often be found cheering on her children at gymnastics meets, ball fields, and other sporting events throughout the year.
