Todd Cwynar

Following over 20 years in commercial real estate with 3 national firms and 4 years recruiting software and data engineers, Todd joined Crown Advisors in Pittsburgh as a Director.  He has managed transactions covering over six million square feet totaling over $1B. Key transaction benchmarks include attracting the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center to the U.S. Steel Tower in a 1.2 million square foot transaction.  Todd has overseen Skyscraper Office Portfolios, bringing expertise across acquisition, leasing, construction, property management, disposition and capital markets to enhance asset performance.   He has recruited for technology and trading roles in the hedge fund industry with Client mandates to identify the top 1% of talent in the industry.  Key Real Estate Clients included 601w Properties, Highwoods, Forest City Enterprises, Piatt Companies, ARES Real Estate, Winthrop and Jamestown.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University, specializing in Accounting.  As a member of the Duquesne Football Team, Todd contributed to squads that achieved two Conference Championships, an ECAC Championship, and a nineteen-game winning streak–the longest in the nation at the time.  An enthusiastic golfer and father of three basebaall playing sons, you’ll frequently find him on the road to Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region during the summer months, ultimately findding his way to Avalon, NJ, and the beach.
